Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is correct before placing an order. Tennessee Cooking Wood is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify or reroute the package.

Shipping carriers are responsible for delivery. Any lost or delayed shipments must be handled directly with the carrier.
