Shipping policy

SHIPPING EXPECTATIONS

Real hardwood is heavy, and we believe shipping should be honest. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment and are based on the size and weight of your order and its destination.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During unusually busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

DELIVERY AND TRACKING

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent using the email address or phone number provided at checkout. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and begin after the order has been processed.

Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is outside Tennessee Cooking Wood’s direct control. Weather, holidays, service interruptions, and other carrier delays may affect arrival times.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information before submitting an order. Tennessee Cooking Wood is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address or reroute the package.

LARGE OR MULTI-PACKAGE ORDERS

Large orders may ship in more than one package. Packages from the same order may receive separate tracking numbers and may arrive on different days.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your shipment was damaged in transit, contact Tennessee Cooking Wood through our Contact page within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product so we can review the issue and assist with the carrier claim. Keep the product and all original packaging until the claim is resolved.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If tracking shows a delay, check the carrier’s tracking page for the latest information. If the package appears lost or tracking has stopped updating, contact the carrier first. Then contact Tennessee Cooking Wood if documentation or additional assistance is needed.
