All orders placed with Tennessee Cooking Wood are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason.

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or rerouted.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging. Failure to do so voids any claim.

We do not guarantee replacements or refunds, but each case will be reviewed at our discretion.
